The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to understand their financial needs through needs-based assessments.
• Identify and recommend tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, retail investments, and lending products.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer convenience.
• Support customer transaction needs and build new relationships within the community.
• Ensure accurate data entry and lending application recommendations in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to achieve business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience or a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for listening and problem-solving.
• Resourceful self-starter with the confidence to approach customers.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
