The Role

• Provide expert advice on innovative therapies and products within your designated specialty.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.
• Independently manage and deliver training sessions, presentations, and events.
• Analyze and document market data, while monitoring competitors to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Pharmareferent according to § 75 AMG or a degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• Solid understanding of the responsibilities outlined, coupled with a passion for sales and consulting in the pharmaceutical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a team-oriented approach and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver's license.
