• Engage in strategic technical conversations with partners to understand their customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Develop and architect tailored cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regional staff across various market verticals.
• Contribute to partner enablement through technical roadmaps, workshops, webinars, and events.
• Evaluate reseller performance and define metrics for vendor products and services.
• Provide informal guidance and support to junior colleagues.

• *What You'll Need**
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, and enablement.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud and hybrid solutions, cloud security, or AWS.
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
