SAP BODS Consultant

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
• Develop complex Jobs, Data Flows, Work Flows, and Transformations in SAP BODS.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading across multiple source and target systems.
• Work with SAP and non-SAP data sources and integrate data across enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain reusable ETL components and data integration processes.
• Perform data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor production jobs and resolve ETL/data-related issues.
• Analyze and tune BODS jobs for performance improvement.
• Work closely with functional teams, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and ETL specifications.
• Support deployment, testing, production implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS / Data Services.
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration.
• Experience developing complex Data Flows, Work Flows, Jobs, and Transformations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data cleansing, data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with SAP data sources and integration with non-SAP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or ECC.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse/data migration projects.
• Knowledge of additional SAP data integration technologies is a plus.
