  • Support integration across primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, prevention, recovery support, Social Prescribing, and community resource navigation.
  • Provide supervision and support to assigned program and clinical leadership.
  • Work with leadership and staff to identify gaps in services and develop strategies to improve access and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, community partners, state agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, quality measures, grant requirements, and contractual deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, finance, compliance, data, quality, HR, and executive leadership.
  • Support staffing, budgets, sustainability planning, and responsible use of program and grant resources.
  • Represent Impact Life in community meetings, coalitions, collaborative initiatives, and other external settings.
  • Support continued growth and development of rural health services.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, public health, social services, or a related field.
  • Experience with grant-funded programs, program implementation, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience developing community partnerships and cross-system collaborations.
  • Experience working with rural or underserved communities. Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, public health, recovery services, or a related field.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing programs or service lines.
  • Strong understanding of integrated care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, recovery-oriented systems of care, and social drivers of health.
  • Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel between Impact Life locations and throughout Delaware as needed.
