Position: IT Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+months C2H (Contract to Hire) or Full-Time
 
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with Client to lead ERP-related initiatives for a growing enterprise organization. This individual will support the expansion of an in-house client program while working closely with an established third-party support partner. The ideal candidate combines strong project management experience with a solid understanding of ERP applications, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related business processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage JD client projects, enhancements, upgrades, and support initiatives.
  • Oversee full project lifecycles including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, execution, risk management, and project delivery.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across Accounting, Purchasing, and Warranty functions to gather requirements and drive successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party support partners to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Facilitate change management activities and ensure successful user adoption of system enhancements.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies while maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise software or ERP-related initiatives.
  • Experience managing JD client projects, implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise application environments.
  • Experience working with Accounting, Purchasing, and/or Warranty modules.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, risks, and executive communications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across both technical and business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
