The Role • Greet and assist members and customers, identifying needs and providing outstanding service. • Offer DMV vehicle licensing, registration, and notary services. • Drive sales by cross-selling and upselling various company products and services, with opportunities for incentives. • Prepare travel-related materials, including routings, maps, and tour books. • Provide passport photo services and handle cash transactions, including balancing and reconciling drawers. • Make travel reservations and provide information on destinations. What You'll Need • Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment. • A proven track record of exceeding sales or service quality goals. • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license. • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications. • Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays as required by the branch. • A high school diploma or GED.
