The Role

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building services and technical systems.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade (e.g., HVAC technician, electrician, mechanic).
• Solid technical understanding and practical skills beyond your specific trade.
• Experience in property management or facility management is advantageous.
• High level of initiative, reliability, and a service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications for documentation.
