Senior AI Software Developer

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Developer to build and support enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure, with strong integration across SAP, AI/LLM services, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong enterprise application development experience using Go (Golang) and Python.
• Strong Microsoft Azure cloud-native development experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating applications with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP integration experience using APIs, OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, middleware, and messaging.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong SQL, relational database, database schema, and application-to-database integration knowledge.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of application-specific vs. shared databases and data ownership.
• Strong caching architecture knowledge: distributed caching, cache-aside, cache invalidation, performance optimization, and Redis/equivalent.
• Experience developing solutions for consumer goods, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or related industries.
• Strong English communication skills.

Azure & Integration:

• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Database for PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, Azure Key Vault, networking, secure connectivity, monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated cloud deployments.
• Strong understanding of both synchronous REST/API integrations and asynchronoevent-driven architectures.

AI Development:

• Experience adding AI/LLM capabilities to enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI agents, tool/function calling, RAG, and enterprise data retrieval.
• Ability to securely connect AI applications with APIs, databases, SAP, and internal enterprise systems.
• Understanding of AI security, data privacy, access controls, and governance.
• Experience using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and code reviews.

Architecture & Engineering:

• Strong REST API and enterprise integration knowledge.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, authentication and authorization.
• Strong understanding of resiliency, retries, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability.
• Ability to design maintainable application and database architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, integrations, databases, and cloud platforms.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a consumer goods/manufacturing environment.
• SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP MDG, SAP Variant Configuration.
• SAP integration with MES, WMS, manufacturing, shop-floor, or order-management systems.
• Redis/distributed caching experience.
• Infrastructure as Code, containers, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience taking AI-enabled applications from prototype/POC through production deployment.
