The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, spark interest in high-quality fiberglass window and door solutions, and build trust.
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up, maintain, and ensure professional and eye-catching product displays.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve lead generation goals and represent the brand effectively.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations and events.
• A naturally outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of connecting with new people.
• The ability to handle conversations and potential rejection with confidence and a positive attitude.
• Enthusiasm for customer engagement and making a strong, positive first impression.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs for display setup and standing/moving for extended periods.
• Be 18 years of age or older and possess a smartphone.
