Infrastructure Engineer – £400 - £500 Per Day – 3 Months - Lincoln (Hybrid) - Consultancy Overview:<br />We are currently searching for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in Lincoln. The role will support and maintain a varied infrastructure environment covering cloud, server, storage and networking technologies while contributing to wider infrastructure projects and service improvements. Responsibilities:

Support and maintain core infrastructure across Azure Cloud, Windows Server, networking, storage and virtualised environments.<br />Provide 2nd line infrastructure support, investigating incidents and escalated technical issues.<br />Support major incidents, problem management and Root Cause Analysis within an ITIL-aligned environment.<br />Monitor infrastructure performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.<br />Support infrastructure changes, upgrades, installations and wider technology projects.<br />Work closely with internal technology teams, third-party suppliers and vendors.<br />Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives.Technical

Requirements:

Strong experience working within an IT infrastructure environment.<br />Good knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies and Windows Server.<br />Experience supporting networking and server infrastructure.<br />Understanding of Azure Cloud, hypervisors, SAN and data storage technologies.<br />Good understanding of infrastructure security, backup, configuration and systems administration.<br />Experience working within ITIL processes, including incident, change and problem management.<br />Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br />Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel to other business locations.Role &amp; Package: £400 - £500 Per Day<br />3 Months (Likely Extensions)<br />Lincoln (Hybrid)Infrastructure Engineer – £400 - £500 Per Day – 3 Months - Lincoln (Hybrid) - Consultancy
