Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Description We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team of diverse professionals. This role focuses on implementing high-level quality control methodologies and providing lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications, ensuring all products align with enterprise architecture and mission-critical standards. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans to identify complex software problems and their root causes across the development lifecycle.

Design and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and procedures. Provide end-to-end support for the analysis, design, development, and deployment of hardware systems and applications. Conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined milestones to evaluate hardware, software, and associated technical documentation. Apply project management models (Agile, Spiral, Waterfall) to ensure systems comply with enterprise technical architecture and business unit requirements.

Maintain technical awareness of IT trends and ongoing projects to provide cost analysis and strategic lifecycle support.

Required Skills Required Experience Active TS/SCI w FSP Clearance (required for Sponsor mission) 5+ years of experience in software and systems engineering within a large-scale computer-based organization. Technical Proficiency in building and maintaining automated testing frameworks and quality control methodologies. Proven ability to support hardware and software through design, deployment, and decommission phases. Experience ensuring system compliance with enterprise-level technical architectures and security constraints.

Desired Skills Preferred Experience Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester or SAFe for Teams. Ability to develop end-to-end cost analysis for complex technical projects. Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
