Project Manager – Civil Engineering &amp; Groundworks Location: Essex<br />Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits A well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across Essex and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and groundworks, capable of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering and groundworks projects from inception to completion.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Maintain high standards of health &amp; safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor commercial performance alongside the Quantity Surveying team.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering and groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of drainage, roads, foundations, utilities and infrastructure works.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets and programmes.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer
