Finance IT Partner: ERP Upgrades & Analytics (Flexible)

Mercy Community Service is seeking an IT Business Partner - Finance to lead enhancements across financial systems, including Technology1 and Epicor. You will work with finance stakeholders to identify gaps, support upgrades, and deliver data-driven dashboards using XLOne and Business Analytics.

The role requires 3+ years in finance or business analysis, a tertiary degree related to Finance/Accounting/IS, and strong knowledge of ERP finance modules. Not-for-profit sector experience is a plus.
