About the Role
A fast-growing AI startup in the performance marketing sector is seeking its first dedicated customer-facing deployment hire. You will work with the founding team to advise consumer brands on advertising strategy, take ownership of customer deployments, and help build the function as the company grows.
What You'll Do
Manage customer accounts end to end, including weekly calls, presentation materials, and performance reviews with senior client executives.
Explain AI-driven advertising activity and recommendations, and bring customer business context back to the product and deployment teams.
Analyze ad performance, audit accounts, and turn detailed campaign metrics into clear, executive-ready narratives.
Make hands-on changes in advertising accounts when needed to address gaps or improve performance.
Develop deployment processes and playbooks, with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.
What We're Looking For
Three to 15 years of experience, including consulting experience and practical work in performance marketing or advertising.
Substantial hands-on expertise with paid advertising and performance marketing, beyond general digital or brand marketing and account relationship management.
Experience analyzing advertising performance data, auditing accounts, and using judgment to assess campaign results.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, advertising platforms, and data analysis.
Experience building with AI tools and using developer tools such as Claude Code or Codex to automate workflows.
Strong executive communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment; experience at a consumer or adtech startup is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Employer-sponsored visa support is not available.
