Salesforce B2B Commerce Configuration

Responsibilities

·         Gather and document detailed business requirements during Discovery workshops, translating them into build-ready specs

·         Configure B2B Commerce components (account/user admin, search, My Products page, homepage personalization) alongside custom LWC-supported features

·         Build and configure the a la carte checkout flow, lightbox feature, saved feeds, and QuickPublish/Special Sections navigation

·         Support entitlement engine configuration and validation, including a la carte and subscription-based access scenarios

·         Execute unit testing and support UAT, including test script authoring, facilitated test sessions, and bug triage

·         Build and deliver end-user training materials and sessions

·         Support cutover activities and Hypercare coverage during go-live week

Qualifications

·         Hands-on Salesforce B2B Commerce configuration experience (not purely a requirements or PM background)

·         Comfort moving between requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training in the same engagement

·         Experience with content-, entitlement-, or subscription-driven commerce models is a strong plus

·         Working knowledge of Sales Cloud data model and pricebook structures

·         Ability to work independently in a subcontractor capacity while partnering closely with the Solution Architect

·         Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing workshops and training delivery
