The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide outstanding customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required qualification exam or already possess the "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
