  • Ignite a Lifelong Passion for Art: Foster a love of art appreciation and a desire for lifelong creative exploration. Motivate students to see the power of art in communication, self-expression, and understanding the world around them.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with colleagues in the Art department and school leadership to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment for all students in Havering.

We're searching for a Havering art leader with these qualities:

  • A strong understanding of art theory, history, and various artistic techniques (2D and 3D).
  • A relevant teaching qualification (QTS desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for engaging students and making art exciting and accessible, particularly within the diverse Havering community.
