Key Capabilities and Competencies:

Knowledge:

1. Strong understanding of Testing concepts and QA methodologies
2. Strong knowledge of ETL testing/MSBI suite.
3. Experience with performing compliance testing, quality control/assurance processes or internal/external audits.
4. Ability to understand the bug, troubleshoot them and take part in defect triage call to take decision s
5. Familiar with Agile Framework.
6. Maintain different test metrics and share report to management
7. Ability to log defects in different defect management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps and create reports.
8. Understanding of user behaviour, ability to learn user experience and communicating user scenarios.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Recognized with B. E, B. Tech or Master s in computer application, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in testing as QA Lead or similar role in Data testing
3. Experienced in reviewing and analysing system specifications, BRDS, use cases, scripts and more.
4. Demonstrable experience building strong client/on-site stakeholder relationships.
