Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain integrated engineering schedules, work breakdown structures, critical paths, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate software, controls, hardware, systems, manufacturing, and operational teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Manage technical development, integration, testing, and deployment of complex automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems.
• Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional decision-making throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide executive-level communication on project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes.

Must Haves

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs within automation, robotics, manufacturing, or capital equipment environments
• 7+ years of program management experience with ownership of large-scale initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Strong project planning, risk management, and communication skills
• PMP preferred
