The Role • Provide direct patient care for General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. • Oversee and direct the psychiatric services offered by the organization. • Develop and implement treatment protocols and clinical strategies. • Supervise and mentor psychiatric staff. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care. What You'll Need • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry. • Additional certification or experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. • Valid, unrestricted medical license. • Proven leadership and clinical experience in psychiatric settings.
