The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment within your mobile unit.
• Maintain excellent customer communication, providing advice and representing the company with pride.
• Adapt to different challenges and work scenarios encountered daily.
• Complete accurate reporting and administrative tasks related to your work.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal endorsements (fewer than 6 points).
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to think critically and make sound judgements independently.
