Job Title: Business Analyst – HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors
Location: New Haven, CT.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7–10+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Experience with HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Strong business and technical requirements gathering, analysis, elication, modeling, validation, and documentation
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments
  • Technical understanding of digital platforms, cloud applications, APIs, web services, and server-side components
  • Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced)
  • Experience with scripting
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SoapUI, and REST API clients
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Macros)
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
