The Role

• Build and maintain customer rapport through excellent phone and email support.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Work to minimize portfolio aging by conferring with customers.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve department goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Support the company's financial success by ensuring timely payments.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
