Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Cognigy.AI Consultant to design, develop, implement, and optimize conversational AI solutions, including intelligent chatbots, voicebots, and virtual agents. The consultant will work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and integrate Cognigy with NICE CXone and other contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Cognigy.AI.

  • Build and maintain conversational flows, intents, entities, dialogue logic, and AI agent workflows.

  • Develop voicebots, chatbots, virtual agents, and automated customer journeys.

  • Integrate Cognigy.AI with NICE CXone, CCaaS platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.

  • Develop REST API integrations, webhooks, and backend connectivity.

  • Use JavaScript, CognigyScript, and custom logic to extend platform capabilities.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize bot performance, and improve conversational experiences.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and contribute to project delivery where required.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in Cognigy.AI development and implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of conversational AI, NLU, intents, entities, and dialogue management.

  • Experience building and deploying chatbots, voicebots, and virtual agents.

  • Good understanding of JavaScript, CognigyScript, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks.

  • Experience integrating conversational AI with NICE CXone or other CCaaS/contact center platforms.

  • Knowledge of IVR, telephony, call flows, and customer interaction journeys.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
