Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- experience in QA, UAT, and/or Business Analysis supporting enterprise systems.
- test automation experience, including automation strategy and converting manual testing processes to automated solutions.
- Strong experience with test strategies, test cases, test scripts, functional, regression, integration, E2E, and UAT testing.
- Experience translating business/functional requirements into testable scenarios.
- Experience with data quality validation and data reconciliation.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar QA/test management tools.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, UFT, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a senior-level individual contributor capacity.
