Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Remote)
Job Type: Fulltime

Required Skills:
4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) / Strategic Planning Workspace (Mandatory)
ServiceNow Development & Administration
REST API Integrations
ServiceNow Flows & Workflow Development
IRM / GRC
Legal Service Delivery (Preferred)
CMDB Knowledge
JavaScript (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box and low-code capabilities.
Build and maintain REST API integrations.
Create and update ServiceNow workflows, flows, and modules.
Resolve defects and support ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups.
Provide occasional on-call support for ServiceNow production issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Legal Service Delivery.
Familiarity with CMDB and ServiceNow platform administration.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
