Safety Compliance Specialist

Coordinate enterprise safety and compliance programs across office, warehouse, field service, and transportation environments. Conduct inspections, audits, investigations, and risk assessments; track corrective actions; analyze safety trends; and develop reports and dashboards to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety activities and enterprise initiatives with transportation safety managers and safety leaders.
• Administer assigned safety program elements across office, warehouse, field service, and transportation environments.
• Implement safety initiatives and compliance processes, including documentation, communication, and follow-up.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, investigations, risk assessments, and hazard identification; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Track corrective actions and compliance monitoring, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports, scorecards, dashboards, and analyses, and represent assigned programs on safety committees.
