The Role

• Oversee live broadcasts from the broadcast control room.
• Professionally operate all broadcast-relevant control systems, particularly the vision mixer.
• Provide technical guidance to camera operators on board.
• Manage and execute the vision mixing for a variety of popular TV shows.

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a media designer for picture and sound, or an equivalent qualification/degree, with several years of professional experience.
• Several years of operational experience in studio production as a camera operator, as well as experience as a vision mixer/broadcast director.
• Proficient knowledge of studio technology, specifically Blackmagic ATEM broadcast vision mixers and AxelTech XPlayout software.
• Good knowledge of non-linear editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Very good English and German language skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, goal-orientation, problem-solving skills, communication, and creativity.
