The Role

• Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
• Generate qualified leads by interacting with potential customers.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations with high energy and positive techniques.
• Manage event setup and teardown, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently work to exceed team lead targets and goals.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a passion for educating customers on product lines.
• High energy and engaging presence, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must possess a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission.
