Job Overview:

The organization is seeking an Event Support Specialist to assist with participant check-in, procedural guidance, and operational coordination during structured events.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, research support, field operations, data collection, event coordination, healthcare support, laboratory support, or administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome participants, complete check-in activities, and confirm required documentation.
• Explain session steps clearly, answer procedural questions, and help participants feel comfortable with the process.
• Guide participants through structured activities while maintaining a professional and respectful experience.
