The Role

• Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations.
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Assist in compiling and consolidating financial information for client statements and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making for clients.
• Serve as a lead for external auditor requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2 years of related accounting experience.
• Understanding of US GAAP standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with process improvements and efficiencies is preferred.
