Job Description

PMO Manager Rate - £550 (Daily Rate) Location - London (Hybrid) Duration - 6 Months (Initially) IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) About the Role We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager / Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on delivering large-scale regulatory and operational change.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting programme delivery, ensuring effective governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a complex portfolio of projects.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with senior leaders, programme teams, and a diverse range of stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across project management processes.

Key Responsibilities Support the definition, implementation, and ongoing management of project delivery plans.<br />Ensure projects adhere to established project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.<br />Coordinate project reporting and provide analysis to support informed decision-making.<br />Facilitate project governance activities, including meetings, actions, decisions, and documentation.<br />Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.<br />Monitor and manage project dependencies across workstreams.<br />Maintain accurate information within project and resource management tools.<br />Identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues where appropriate.<br />Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.<br />Manage portfolio documentation, shared mailboxes, and collaboration platforms.<br />Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, governance, and efficiency.

Key Skills &amp; Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Experience developing and maintaining delivery plans with clearly defined objectives, milestones, and success measures.<br />Strong project reporting, governance, and programme planning experience.<br />Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.<br />Strong written and verbal communication abilities.<br />Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at senior levels.<br />Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex delivery environment.<br />Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.<br />Experience maintaining RAID logs, portfolio plans, and project documentation
