The Role • Answer inbound sales calls for all customer tiers, providing quotes and converting them to orders. • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services. • Research customer businesses to identify potential challenges and opportunities, offering tailored solutions. • Employ strategic sales skills to close sales on the initial customer call. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and appropriate handling of customer requests. • Anticipate future customer needs and proactively seek opportunities for continued partnership. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. • Highly proficient in technology and comfortable with sales systems. • Strong sales competency, including the ability to overcome objections and negotiate. • Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment and stay motivated with little direction.
