WFH Benefits Concierge - Client Facing

Looking for motivated people who want a remote career with upside — not another dead-end job.

This seat works warm leads. You talk with people who already requested help on financial-protection options. You are trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

The work

• Take requested conversations — no cold lists

• Explain benefit options simply

• Help clients enroll when it is a fit

• Keep a clean follow-up rhythm

You get

• Remote work

• A written process so you are not inventing the job

• Coaching from people who have done the work

• A path into leadership if you produce

You should apply if you are competitive, coachable, and comfortable on camera.

Skip this if you need constant supervision or hate talking to clients.

Interviews are on Zoom.
