The Role • Assist physicians in consultations, outpatient surgeries, and infiltration treatments, including X-ray guidance. • Perform independently advanced wound care, cast applications, and X-ray procedures while ensuring patient comfort. • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, families, referring physicians, and colleagues, providing professional support. • Manage patient registration using ORBIS and Doctolib, and handle administrative tasks for outpatient and surgical appointments. • Coordinate team workflows and participate in on-call duties, including weekends and holidays. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or in Nursing. • Experience in emergency care and radiology, with a proven track record assisting in outpatient orthopedic surgeries. • Proficiency in scheduling consultations and strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), with ORBIS experience being a plus. • Excellent service orientation, professional demeanor, and strong communication abilities. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating initiative and organizational talent.
