Approximately $150,000 base salary, with GP-based incentives tied to team performance. Expected total earning potential of $150,000 to $250,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with ownership to understand the business, customers, sales strategy, and growth objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop junior sales representatives
• Support accountability, sales activity, pipeline management, and execution
• Monitor gross profit performance and maintain disciplined margin management
• Review pricing, deal structures, and profitability
• Drive territory growth, customer retention, and new business development
• Build strong working relationships with senior and junior sales representatives
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of sales talent
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, trends, and territory results
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth
• Work closely with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams
• Contribute to strategic sales planning

• 5 to 10 years of experience in chemical distribution sales
• Previous sales leadership, team management, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Strong understanding of gross profit, margins, pricing, and profitability
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and closing business
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong commercial judgment and business development skills
• Established relationships within industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or distribution markets preferred
• Based in California or willing to relocate to California
