The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the organisation with professionalism and pride during every customer interaction.
• Work independently, making sound decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 driving penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively.
