Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in supply chain, specifically in warehousing and distribution industry.
  • Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients at all levels.
  • Self motivated, proactive and results oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in English.
