Job Description

Help shape IT infrastructure – Apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (System Integration) at Broadpin!

Start: September 2026

Digital. Secure. Future-ready.

Cloud, on-premises, or hybrid - do you want to understand how modern IT infrastructures work and help shape them yourself? Then you've come to the right place!

At Broadpin, our infrastructure and database experts ensure that companies can rely on scalable, secure, and high-performing IT systems. Together with you, we want to develop digital solutions that help our clients succeed!

Your mission:

In your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, you'll learn everything you need to professionally plan, set up, and maintain IT systems:

  • Setting up and optimizing IT infrastructures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid)
  • Working with hardware and software systems — with a focus on Linux and Oracle technologies
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving using modern diagnostic tools
  • Collaborating with experienced IT professionals through hands-on learning

  • School qualification: A very good Abitur (university entrance qualification) with a technical focus, or an unfinished IT-related degree program
  • Tech interest: IT infrastructures, networks, and digital technologies fascinate you
  • Math & logic: You think analytically and enjoy finding clever solutions
  • Language skills: Fluent German and good or developing English skills
  • Soft skills: Reliable, thorough, a team player, and ready to help shape the future of IT!

Future perspective: We train with a long-term perspective in mind and offer you the chance to be hired on a permanent contract afterward.

Team events: Regular company events such as Kick-Off, Summer Festival, strategy retreat, and Apprentice Team-Building Event.

Corporate benefits: Through our corporate benefits platform, you regularly receive attractive employee conditions, offers, and discounts from well-known providers.

Health management: In addition to participating in sports events such as B2Run or office yoga, we also focus on your mental health. Our trained mental health first-aiders are there for you at all times!

Lunch: Receive a subsidy toward your lunch.

Company culture: Regular, open exchanges with fellow apprentices and supervisors create a family-like atmosphere.

Mentoring program: From day 1, you'll be supported by your mentor, who will help with any questions or concerns related to your apprenticeship.

Years of training experience: In addition to our technical expertise, we also bring years of training experience, so you can consistently benefit from the knowledge of your colleagues.
