The Role

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, sales targets, and overall branch performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees, including training emerging talent.
• Ensure smooth execution of all sales floor and backroom tasks.
• Maintain high standards for product freshness, particularly for produce and baked goods.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail, preferably with a background in sales or management.
• A customer-centric approach with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude towards all aspects of branch operations.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer and team communication.
