We are seeking passionate educators to join a community-focused organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact through flexible, trauma-informed teaching and tutoring.

The Role

• Provide core subject (Maths, English, Science) tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Deliver in-person, remote, or hybrid tutoring sessions based on your availability and preference.
• Plan and deliver engaging, trauma-informed lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Support pupils across key stages (KS1 - KS5) referred by local authorities and schools.
• Report on student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a preference for SEND/SEMH experience.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
