  • Confident supporting individuals with a range of personal and wellbeing needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with students.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, referrals and appropriate support pathways.
  • Willing and able to work weekends as part of the role.
  • Available to start in January 2027.
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every student can succeed.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to students’ experiences and the outcomes.

You will be joining a supportive team where student wellbeing, inclusion and success are at the heart of what we do, with the opportunity to help shape and develop our wider pastoral and accessibility as the organisation continues to grow.

  • Salary from £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
  • 28 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Strong CPD and development opportunities.
  • Company and social events.

Start date: January 2027
