The Role

• Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to young people.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a children's home, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with young residents, supporting their personal development.
• Deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers as required, demonstrating leadership capabilities.

What You'll Need

• Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification.
