The Role
- Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to young people.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a children's home, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with young residents, supporting their personal development.
- Deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers as required, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Contribute to creating a nurturing and stable environment that promotes well-being and positive outcomes.
- Embrace a culture that celebrates small victories and focuses on making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.
What You'll Need
- A 'can-do' attitude and a strong team-player mentality.
- Honesty, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- The resilience to effectively manage challenging situations.
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
