The Role • Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to young people. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a children's home, ensuring high standards of care and safety. • Build positive and meaningful relationships with young residents, supporting their personal development. • Deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers as required, demonstrating leadership capabilities. • Contribute to creating a nurturing and stable environment that promotes well-being and positive outcomes. • Embrace a culture that celebrates small victories and focuses on making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.
