The Role • Conduct independent individual and group psychotherapy sessions. • Treat patients with complex cases, including those with co-occurring conditions. • Contribute to the organization and structure of internal ward processes. • Participate in the ongoing development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts. • Engage in training and further education initiatives for colleagues. What You'll Need • Completed psychotherapist license or advanced training in behavioral therapy (over 24 months). • Interest and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team. • Clinical experience in treating children and adolescents with various disorders. • A dedicated, reflective, and responsible approach to daily therapeutic work.
