Summary:
Senior Oracle FCCS Consultant to lead end-to-end FCCS implementations, provide production support for financial close processes, and partner with Finance/IT to deliver scalable Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for a financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle FCCS implementations: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, support
- Configure metadata, dimensions, consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, business rules, task lists, security, financial reports
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and SLA-driven issue resolution
- Root cause analysis, permanent fixes, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and release management
- Develop business rules, Data Integration, Smart View reports, Financial Reporting, EPM Automate scripts, REST APIs, Groovy rules
- Integrate FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Workday
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, and IT on close/consolidation/reporting
- Lead enhancements, performance tuning, SIT/UAT, documentation, knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior team members; support governance, compliance, and audit needs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field
- 8+ yrs Oracle EPM experience; 5+ yrs hands-on FCCS implementation & support
- Multiple full-cycle FCCS implementations delivered
- Strong in consolidation, close management, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, financial reporting
- Hands-on: EPM Cloud, Calculation Manager, Data Integration, Financial Reporting, Smart View, EPM Automate, REST APIs, Groovy
- FCCS integration experience with ERP platforms
- Anaplan & FloQast integration/reconciliation/tie-out experience
- Strong SQL, data validation, reconciliation, performance tuning
- ITIL, Agile, DevOps environment experience

Preferred:
- Financial services industry experience
- Knowledge of EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
