Job Requirements

  • The Senior Healthcare Analytics Business Analyst/Domain SME will serve as the primary healthcare subject-matter expert, translating complex healthcare business, operational, clinical, and analytics requirements into clear, actionable specifications for data and technology teams.
  • This role will partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, data engineers, architects, and Agile delivery teams to define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data needs, workflows, and analytics use cases while ensuring solutions align with healthcare industry practices and business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare analytics and Business Analysis experience, with a deep understanding of healthcare data, reporting, KPIs, and analytics, along with experience working in a SAFe Agile environment and using Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.
  • The role will support the organization’s transition from its existing Azure DevOps/data environment toward Databricks on AWS S3 and should have familiarity with technologies including Oracle, Aurora, Amazon Bedrock, Unity, Datadog for observability, Boomi for integrations, and Power BI for analytics and visualization.
  • Success in this role requires strong domain expertise, requirements elicitation, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and the ability to bridge healthcare business needs with modern data and analytics solutions.
