Vertex LLC is a leading behavioral health organization in New York City, providing comprehensive outpatient services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As an OASAS-licensed provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment through a compassionate and client-centered approach. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OASAS Clinical Director to lead our clinical programs and ensure the highest standards of care across all service lines. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in shaping program development, overseeing clinical supervision, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on recovery and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight for all OASAS-funded programs within Vertex LLC.
- Ensure compliance with OASAS and other regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements.
- Supervise and support clinical supervisors and program staff to promote best practices and professional development.
- Oversee program evaluation, quality assurance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community partnerships.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and treatment protocols aligned with current evidence-based practices.
- Manage clinical crises and provide guidance for complex cases as needed.
- Current OASAS Clinical Supervisor or OASAS Clinical Director Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in substance use disorder treatment settings.
- In-depth knowledge of OASAS and accreditation standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with quality assurance, program development, and regulatory compliance.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and client-centered service delivery.
