Active TSSCI
Bachelors degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other relevant STEM discipline
8140 Compliant cert – CASP+, CCSP, CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, GCIA, GCLD, GCSA, GDSA, GICSP, GSEC
Experience architecting and modernizing enterprise IT environments across NIPR, SIPR, TS, and JWICS networks within highly secure environments.

Proven experience implementing Zero Trust architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and supporting highly virtualized enterprise infrastructures. Strong hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering, including the ability to create executable models across conceptual, functional, logical, and physical architecture layers. Experience developing and maintaining Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) models to support architecture documentation, mission engineering, compliance, risk management, and enterprise decision-making.

Proficiency with Cameo Systems Modeler required; experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar MBSE tools also acceptable. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, network, security, and operational architecture views, including integration with ServiceNow CMDB and support for change management, impact analysis, and mission readiness assessments.

Day-To-Day

This individual will serve as a key contributor supporting the modernization of an enterprise IT environment across NIPR, SIPR, TS, and JWICS networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining enterprise architecture models utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering methodologies, with a strong focus on creating executable models across conceptual, functional, logical, and physical layers of the enterprise.

The role will support initiatives involving Zero Trust implementation, CI/CD pipeline enablement, and containerized deployments within highly virtualized environments. This person will use Cameo Systems Modeler to develop and maintain Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) models supporting architecture documentation, mission engineering, risk assessments, impact analysis, change management, and mission readiness efforts.

Additional responsibilities include integrating architectural models with ServiceNow CMDB data, supporting operational, systems, security, and network architecture views, and collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams to align enterprise infrastructure with mission and operational requirements.

Compensation: $140,000-$145,000 salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
