Credit Operations Associate

Job Description

A Private Equity is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Credit Operations Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily investment and fund operations for an investment management firm.
• Assist with operational activities throughout the investment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational matters.
• Maintain and review portfolio, fund, and transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with investment reporting, reconciliations, and related operational deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
• Maintain operational controls, procedures, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in credit, loan, fund, or investment management operations.
• 3-8+ years of relevant experience in credit, loan, fund, or investment management operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience coordinating across teams and external partners.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
